PCGamesN, one of the UK’s leading PC gaming and news websites, was in need of a refresh. It was a fixed width website with a standalone mobile version.
I was commissioned to develop the whole site and shift it to a responsive platform while improving the UX, UI and evolving their existing branding.
I worked with the editorial and publishing team to understand their business needs. The enhanced branding and look and feel of the new site was well received and mobile traffic increased on launch from 1m visitors a month, to 2.5m.
